Curt Aigner the Parts Manager is top notch, I buy parts for my 1993 Supra Turbo from him. He's always quick with quotes and shipping plus he has everything in stock. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!!! We began our search process for a new Prius by contacting many dealers in the Chicagoland Area. Steven was the first to respond with the car we were looking for. Because the car we were purchasing was not on the lot when we first began our search, we had many conversations and encounters with Steven over a period of 2 weeks, and felt very comfortable by the time we actually purchased the car. He was very patient, and answered every question we had asked. The financing was quick and painless- a very positive experience. Even though this is not our nearest Toyota dealership, we plan on using their service department, and would definitely purchase a car from Steven again. More
