I had an excellent experience from the time I walked in the door. Each staff person was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had never shopped at a dealership prior to my experience at Elmhurst Toyota. Within moments of entering the showroom my wife and I were greeted and helped. I never got an uncomfortable feeling experience at Elmhurst Toyota. Within moments of entering the showroom my wife and I were greeted and helped. I never got an uncomfortable feeling of pressure and most importantly we were listened to and not pushed in any direction other than our own. We had initially looked at their website in search of a used vehicle which led us to their lot. Even though it was a Honda, Steve respected our research and desire for that particular vehicle. We decided to look at another dealership (same model) that same day and make our decision the following day. The next day I received two calls from the second dealer, both appealed to us to make an urgent decision and to come back in that day. Steve made a casual call to ask us where we were in our decision making after seeing the other vehicle. Our final decision was primarily based on how we were treated and who "earned" our business. Andy was very nice and friendly. Silvanna also was so nice on the phone. We had a good deal over the phone and everything else was done fast. My wife and I did not like the way Tod dealt with us and we felt that he was not friendly like the rest of the team. Andy took the time to show us the features of the car, how everything works, program the garage opener and how to connect our cell phones to the car system. Overall, we are satisfied with Andy's performance and definitely I recommend him to my friends and relatives. But I think he should be more negotiable with the price. If he improves his negotiation, he will be one of the best sales persons because he has a very friendly and personable attitude. Above, I give 4 for friendliness because of Tod. But for Andy, I would give him 5 in all the ratings. More
