This is the ONLY dealership I would go to in this area. I have been to 4 other dealerships so my point of comparison in this area is a qualified one. My experience with Elmhurst Toyota has me back as a cus I have been to 4 other dealerships so my point of comparison in this area is a qualified one. My experience with Elmhurst Toyota has me back as a customer with a second purchase and I expect to be making another auto purchase in the future. I had been looking for a clean Highlander for a number of months when I came across one on Elmhurst's website that had everything I was looking for. After a few email exchanges with their internet staff, it months when I came across one on Elmhurst's website that had everything I was looking for. After a few email exchanges with their internet staff, it sounded like the one for me. But now comes the hard part - do I fly from Minneapolis to Chicago on the basis of a few email messages, and a handful of pictures? I opted to roll the dice, and was glad I did. Rob Smithburg made sure that someone picked me up at the airport (in the Highlander) to give me a ride to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. From the drive back to the airport, as well as my detailed inspection at the dealership, the car was as promised. Overall, the process was painless and I appreciated that the staff at Elmhurst accurately represented the condition of the vehicle. As an added bonus, all the staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. More
