Once he agreed on the price (which was literally exactly how much I wanted to pay) the deal followed through like a simple formality. Justyna offered me a comprehensive test drive and helped me customize the car with the accessories I selected and followed up the deal with the service department. After the test drive I was convinced that buying this car was a good choice. The purchase was a joyfull and pleasing experience and I trully feel lucky for giving Elmhurst Toyota a try. The moment I called to the time I drove off with my new toyota was a pleasant experience. I was encouraged to fill out the credit application online; once this process was completed, I was contacted within an hour as well as received an email. Andy Tylak was my sales consultant. Andy explained many options to me and kept me informed of the entire process. Andy was very nice and made me feel at ease. I had one of the best experiences of buying a car when I bought my used Audi A6. My credit was pretty bad but Todd was able to work magic and get me approved at a surprising interest rate. I had a situation with the vehicle I was in. I felt as if i could never get rid of it! I had a 07 Chevy cobalt. Got it used from a dealership that is no longer in business. One night I was watching TV and saw the commercial for this dealer, I figured " Why not try one last time" So I did. I have to say I was skeptical about showing up for the meeting to discuss trade in options. I sat in front of my house for about a good 30 mins before I decide " the xxxx with it, let me get this over with" I really didnt know what direction I wanted to go in...Do I trade in my vehicle and start over with the same monthly payments if its a better deal? Or do I trade in my vehicle and try to stay as low as possible? Well, the answer is, I bite the bullet! I was able to finance a Toyota Scion XB for 35$ cheaper a month. Yea I know its not much on the savings. But, I did get a spacious car that will fit my 6'5 husband, and my 2 girls! Plus I got GAP coverage, Warranty for 125 K Bumper to Bumper! So I got a great deal! And the Interest rate was cut significantly from what I had before! I would highly reccomend visiting this dealer if you are in a tight spot. Plus times are hard. The sales personal was awesome. I dealt with Todd, John and Melissa. Their persistence is what really made me more comfortable in making my decision to actually visit the dealer. Persistance is very good, not like all the other places you go and they are trying to get you to pay mor than what your paying when you walk in the door, not to mention the fact that the people mentioned aboved worked with me, NOT agaisnt me. Plus the dealership, is really nice and relaxing on the inside. So if you need to make a choice, be sure to visit them, tell them you read this review. And that you were pleased to read it! More

Althought we had come in there before and were not greeted by anyone previously, this time we were greeted by Tomas Lozano.
