I am continually impressed with Elmhust Toyota/Scion. It has got to be the cleanest car dealership in the entire Chicagoland area and the service personnel are awesome. Unlike most places, here at Elmhust Toyota/Scion, the service techs will actually explain what work was done to my car and what condition my brakes, tires, etc. are currently in. The entire turn around was quick too. I enjoy the lounge area where one can sit and read the paper and drink some coffee or you could browse the large car selection on the showroom. I would personally like to single out John Williams for his exceptional service. He helped me purchase my car earlier in the year and he made the experience awesome. When I decide to trade in, I will definitely be working with John again. Plus, he always makes time to send out invitations to car shows, wish a happy birthday, and follow-up on my ownership experience. He is most definitely an asset to Elmhurst Toyota Scion. More

We looked for a used Camry and we tested cars from several dealerships in the western suburbs. Most people think buying a new car is a stressful experience… choosing the right vehicle, "wheeling and dealing" and a 3 or 4 year commitment of monthly payments. No one ever likes dealing with car dealerships or sales people. It can be very stressful and nerve-racking. However, our experience with the Elmhurst Toyota dealership was great! We worked with an amazing salesman named Khoa Pham [K.P]. He was very professional and helped us feel relaxed during the entire car-buying process. We did not feel any pressure from K.P. when purchasing our new vehicle. He was friendly, considerate, respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicles. K.P. made sure we got exactly what we wanted with our new vehicle. When Elmhurst Toyota didn't have the color we wanted, he coordinated with two other dealerships. K.P. also helped us pick out some "extras" so our vehicle would be equipped with everything our family needs. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. That's not the only example of how K.P. went out of our way to help our family. After I purchased the vehicle, I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener in the car we traded. I called K.P. and asked him to leave it at the customer service desk. But K.P. told me not to worry and offered to personally drop it off at my house. He actually came to my house on Saturday night to return the garage door opener. It was so helpful and convenient, especially since the Elmhurst Toyota dealership is out of our way. K.P. saved us another trip! We've been through the car-buying process before, and it seems like the dealer tries to sell you the car and rush you out the door right after you've made the agreement in principal to take the new car. But K.P. treated us like family and made sure we understood exactly what was going on during the car-buying process. This was all in sincerity. It honestly was the best experience we've had purchasing a new vehicle. Besides K.P., we also had the pleasure of working with Pawel Dziura in the service department. Pawel was also friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure the "extras" we wanted for our vehicle were ordered and installed quickly. His team did a great job and the vehicle looks great! I am truly grateful. Great customer service can be hard to find, but K.P. and Pawel were a pleasure to work with. They reassured me that my family would end up with the perfect vehicle, and we did! They went the extra mile and surpassed my expectations.
