As a first-time car buyer, I have heard many horror stories from family and friends about the dealerships they've bought cars from. After visiting a few dealerships where I encountered incredibly rude stories from family and friends about the dealerships they've bought cars from. After visiting a few dealerships where I encountered incredibly rude salesman, Alex at Elmhurst Toyota was a breath of fresh air. He treated my boyfriend and I with the utmost respect and took time well past his working hours to show me everything there was to know about the car. We purchased a 2012 RAV-4 and not only were we given a fair price without any hassle, Alex didn't try and push me into buying any extras or add-ons that I didn't want. For some reason the computer lost its memory for unlocking the doors when placing the shift gear in park. I talked to Mr. Faustino Huerta and he told me to bring in the car for a computer fix. Within 15 minutes the car was ready and the locks works perfectly. I never purchased a car from this dealership before, but I did buy parts. I talked to the sales Manager Tony Gmitrover and the service manager how great my experience has been with this dealership and when the time come for another car, I plan to go to Elmhurst Toyota even though there are three other dealers that are closer to where I live.
