I had been looking for a new car for weeks and had been to several dealerships. On Black Friday, I stopped by the Elmhurst Toyota. As a first-time car buyer, I have heard many horror stories from family and friends about the dealerships they've bought cars from. After visiting a few dealerships where I encountered incredibly rude stories from family and friends about the dealerships they've bought cars from. After visiting a few dealerships where I encountered incredibly rude salesman, Alex at Elmhurst Toyota was a breath of fresh air. He treated my boyfriend and I with the utmost respect and took time well past his working hours to show me everything there was to know about the car. We purchased a 2012 RAV-4 and not only were we given a fair price without any hassle, Alex didn't try and push me into buying any extras or add-ons that I didn't want. I am more than pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend visiting Alex and Elmhurst Toyota for your next vehicle purchase. More

For some reason the computer lost its memory for unlocking the doors when placing the shift gear in park. I talked to Mr. Faustino Huerta and he told me to bring in the car for a computer fix. Within 15 minutes the car was ready and the locks works perfectly. I never purchased a car from this dealership before, but I did buy parts. I talked to the sales Manager Tony Gmitrover and the service manager how great my experience has been with this dealership and when the time come for another car, I plan to go to Elmhurst Toyota even though there are three other dealers that are closer to where I live.
