I was experiencing difficulty closing the rear driver's side passenger door. We always take our Avalon to Elmhurst Toyota for service, but this problem occurred in the parking lot of Mariano's grocery stor side passenger door. Two men from Mariano's tried to solve the problem without success.It was taped with Duct Tape, so I could safely drive to Elmhurst Toyota. When I drove into the service department, Joe Sturgeon and Terry Lewis were quickly able to repair the latch, so it would close properly. They even removed the adhesive left by the duct tape. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. Thank you sooo much guys! More

From the moment Mr.Salidas(Steven) introduced himself he was personable, knowledgeable,and a pleasure to work with. He offered to take us for a drive in a 2013, and was very skilled at showing both my husband and me how the Prius drives and allowing us to ask alot of questions about everything we were unfamiliar with. We had never driven a hybrid before, so it was all new-made easy by Steven's guidance. There was no pushing, just an offer to answer any of our questions and my husband and I left to look at another make and model of car. After that experience, we decided we wanted to go back to Elmhust Toyota and negotiate with Steven for the purchase of our new car. As went our introduction, the negotiation phase was honest and straightforward. We felt extremely satisfied with our purchase. In addition, since we were getting a loan for the car, we had to work with Mike Hackett, the finance manager, who was amazing to work with as well-personalbe and professional. I visited Elmhurst Toyota to look for a Toyota FJ and was immediately struck by the overall appearance of the dealership. Eddie arranged for me and my wife to test drive our chosen vehicle and we never felt pressured to make a decision. The buying experience was equally painless and the ngotiations were very professionally handled with Eddie and Vladimir Rikhman. We were able to settle on a price and did not feel that we were taken advantage of. For the final phase of our purchase we came into contact with Todd Thiede, Finance Manager and yet again we were made comfortable with our agreement as Todd took the time to explain everthing that we were signing and committing to. Overall I would highly recommend Elmhurst Toyota and we will definitely consider them first should we be looking for another Toyota (this latest one being our 7th). More
