Went to another dealer with "Tire Inflation Warning Light" on. They told me tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Then they tried to sell me over $500 worth of new tires. I bought my new Camry about 2 months ago. I worked with Alex Knezevic from the beginning. Alex was a superb salesman. He was persistent in his follow up calls but very professional. I asked him to put forth the best deal possible and I was sincerely hoping I would buy the car from him and not one of the other jerks I was dealing with. His offer was the best and so I was happy to give him the sale and happy to buy the car. The day I bought it, I was very sick and Alex didn't want me spending more time there than what was needed. He suggested I come back when I was feeling better and he would go over some things with me. About a week later I returned and Alex went over the features of the car again, set up my bluetooth, etc; never in a hurry to send me on my way. And he expressed happiness that I was feeling better!!! All in all, Alex was very kind, compassionate, professional and above all else, patient. He's a good and decent individual who will help you.
