It arrived the last day of December 2012 and I went to pick it up.I have never been treated as nicely at any dealer as I was there. AND, that includes when we bought our 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited which we still have and it is still trouble free. We bought a minivan from Elmhurst Toyota a few nights ago. Everyone from the salesman, manager and the finance guy were incredibly helpful, honest, generous and friendly. We brought our three kids alon ago. Everyone from the salesman, manager and the finance guy were incredibly helpful, honest, generous and friendly. My husband drives hard for a bargain and he was treated with respect, patience with all his questions and every time he asked, they "gave" a little on the price. Went to another dealer with "Tire Inflation Warning Light" on. They told me tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Then they tried to sell me over $500 worth of new tires. Went to Elmhurst To Light" on. They told me tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Then they tried to sell me over $500 worth of new tires. Went to Elmhurst Toyota for a 2nd opinion. Pawel explained to me why it WAS repairable, and took care of me. I appreciate not being taken advantage of and feeling like I can trust a mechanic. I will be back. More
