I worked with Curt Aigner over the course of a few weeks ordering parts for my Toyota Supra. Considering the vehicle is older, many local dealers are not familiar with the details of the vehicle. Curt was well aware of all the little details of the car, familiar with what I wanted to do and helped me every step of the way getting me the right pieces at the best possible price. Being out of state ( Florida ) I am always a little hesitant ordering from places that are not local, but being a customer of Curt was easier and more efficient then any other place I have purchased from. He answered all of my emails within what felt like minutes, and all my orders shipped out within 24 hours. Also, his attention to detail was second to none, Considering all of my orders consisted of 20-30 parts,including bolts and seals and large amounts at a time, every single item arrived in every order. We were looking for a used mini Cooper convertible. Elmhurst Toyota had a model we were interested in (right color, low mileage, etc...). Early in the day I was supposed to drive up from Indianapolis I emailed her to confirm the appointment. No response. I was told she was coming in at 1 PM, so I did not think that was out of the ordinary. So my family and I drive up the 3 1/2 hours to get within 10 minutes the dealership and we stop and have dinner. Near the end of dinner I call the dealership and Kate tells me they delivered that car not 15 minutes earlier. I'm beside myself. They are under no obligation to sell me that car. But, she should have the decency to tell me that the deal was in the works from mid-day. (I asked when this deal was put together.) Kate Briggs and Elmhurst Toyota wasted my time by not having the common courtesy to let me know the deal was in the works when she knew I was coming from long distance. Don't waste your time with this dealer. There are so many others in the Chicagoland area, and so many others who will value your time. More

The "finance guy," Todd is always great too as are the guys in the service department. We are definitely a Toyota family (we have bought 4 Corollas, a Yaris and a Camry) and plan to stay that way. I feel that Elmhurst Toyota has a lot to do with that because they treat us like friends...from the sale to the service. Oh, and a shout-out to Claudia (who works with the cash-out service)... patient and a great sense of humor! Overall, a fabulous experience...as usual! More

Today I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Steven Salidas and this is the 3rd new Toyota he's sold to my family. We specifically asked for him again.
