Awesome purchasing experience I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealers and felt worn out attempting to battle for every penny for a fair price. Elmhurst Toyota was I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealers and felt worn out attempting to battle for every penny for a fair price. Elmhurst Toyota was far from this. I researched the potential vehicles on line and then asked for some quotes. All of the on-reps (including Tamika) were quite helpful and one in particular was a pleasure to d business with when I decided to move forward with a purchase. Marketa Zinkova honored a 'no haggle' best price scenario. She arranged for several a couple of vehicles to be ready for review upon my arrival to the dealership. I was interested in the 2015 4Runner SR5 and she delivered a beautiful SR5 Premium package with a sincere no pressure presence . When I decided to pull the trigger a fair price was offered for my trade-in as well. Her attention to detail in vehicle instruction and introduction to the service personnel was a pleasant surprise (even sealing the deal with the finance person, Micki was quick and painless). Marketa's follow-up in a post sale email was also revealing showing a prompt response attending to my concerns about some backordered options for my 4Runner. If the sales and finance people are this professionally personable... being true to their word, I'm sure I'll get more of the same good customer experience from their service staff when my optional equipment is installed and I come back for my scheduled vehicle maintenance. Kudos to Elmhurst Toyota for having such a great staff and a special thanks to Marketa! More

He is friendly, treats me with respect, and only advises necessary service. I have been having my Toyota serviced at Elmhurst Toyota since I purchased it there in August 2005. After contacting him to inquire about some prices for a few par I would like to begin by sending a very big THANK YOU to Curt over at Elmhurst Toyota. After contacting him to inquire about some prices for a few parts for my Supra, he responded within a few hours or so with a printed up estimate. He also explained that some of the parts that I needed were on back order from TRD and that he did not know exactly when he would be getting them. Since I desperately needed them, I went ahead and ordered them from MVP Motorsports, which was a big mistake on my part. Long story short, they were deceiving and had bad customer service. It has been about two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Anyway, back to Curt and Elmhurst Toyota...I then contacted Curt again asking about the parts that I needed since MVP screwed me over, he told me that they should have some in stock within a couple of days and that I should check back then. I did, and sure enough he was a man of his word. Within 30 minutes we exchanged a few emails and the order was placed. I even received the tracking number within those 30 minutes. I received the package yesterday, which was less than a week from when I ordered it. Just AWESOME! I forgot to mention that his prices are great too! I saved $60 by ordering my motor mounts through Curt rather than MVP. I can't express enough how happy I was and am with the service that he provided. This is the perfect example of customer service. I can go on and on about how great they are and how amazingly awesome Curt is, but why don't you find out for yourself? You won't regret it, trust me. Thanks again! Chris More

Professional sales staff, painless negotiating. My fiancé and I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Toyota Prius from Elmhurst Toyota a few days ago. I spent a lot of time researching not only vehicles but a My fiancé and I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Toyota Prius from Elmhurst Toyota a few days ago. I spent a lot of time researching not only vehicles but also dealerships prior to beginning our hunt in earnest. I found around five vehicles I was interested in looking at and immediately eliminated one from the list because that dealership had absolutely awful reviews. Fortunately we found our vehicle at Elmhurst where it seemed their sales department in particular was rated pretty well! When we arrived on the lot and entered the building we were greeted immediately by the receptionist at the front desk. I had already been in contact with Peter, a salesman, earlier in the day and so she called him over the PA as well as on his cell to come meet us. Peter was very prompt in greeting us and brought us over the keys so we could go out and begin looking over the car. I really liked that my first time looking at the car was without the looming gaze of the person trying to sell it to me. We were given as much time as we wanted to look over every inch of the vehicle. When we test drove the car, Peter made suggestions for where we could go as I was unfamiliar with the area but didn't demand we take a certain route. Peter wasn't pushy and didn't try to cut the drive short. Before we returned to the lot he asked if we felt we'd had enough time to drive it. He did begin trying to sell some sort of upgraded insulation package but whatever, he's a salesman. Negotiating was relatively painless. When we initially couldn't agree on a price we left the lot to discuss over dinner and Peter was very polite. We came back an hour later and were once again promptly greeted. After that we quickly were able to agree on a final price. Peter and the financial manager walked us through the paperwork efficiently and while that happened our car got a much needed bath. We left the dealership with our car around three hours after first arriving (including our hour long break for dinner). The people here were polite, respectful, and professional. They didn't have an attitude when we turned down upgrades and extended warranties. Most importantly they treated me and my fiancé as equals/didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. We would happily shop here again. More
