Best in the Business hands down! STAN HOPPER IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS HANDS DOWN! I have been buying Toyota parts since the early 90's from all across the country from Florida to STAN HOPPER IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS HANDS DOWN! I have been buying Toyota parts since the early 90's from all across the country from Florida to California and everywhere in between and no one in the country or on the web can match Elmhurst for sourcing Toyota parts! If you were able to have the pleasure of getting parts from the legend Curt Aigner then you know the caliber of people I am talking about and fear not, Stan Hopper is here with the same level of technical knowledge and customer service. I have never dealt with a more knowledgable staff with better customer service and not to mention the BEST prices in the country! My toyotas ,especially my supras, are my babies. I work hard to pay for them and buy parts and I do business at Elmhurst because they understand that and they treat me as a priority. I will always order parts from Stan Hopper at Elmhurst because they take care of their customers. Customer service is a lost art and it sounds cliche but I really do feel taken care of by these people and they have earned my business for life. Stan Hopper is an asset to the Toyota family and his knowledge and talents will keep me a very happy customer for as long as I am able to drive. Thank you Stan, for helping all of us get the parts we need with such competence and class. More

Dealer Did not live up to promise This dealer did not live up to its promise to provide the best buying experience. I purchased a 2013 Acura in July from this dealer. They only provide This dealer did not live up to its promise to provide the best buying experience. I purchased a 2013 Acura in July from this dealer. They only provided 1 key fob/remote. This may not seem like a big deal to some but this key fob opens the door and also starts the vehicle. It also needs to be programmed specifically for the vehicle. Dealers have this expertise and exchange these services. This is a huge inconvience for a customer to deal with and the retail cost is over $300. I have been told by other dealers and locksmiths that reputable dealers provide 2nd keys when they sell their vehicles or make arrangements to do this for the buyer and cover the cost. My 1 mistake in this purchase was I trusted this dealer, Elmhurst Toyota, based on their good reputation and promise to provide the best possible buying experience. I called my salesperson who agreed to help me but after several follow up calls and emails did not respond to me. I tried calling and emaling the sales manager and he did not respond to me. I have never purchased a vehicle, before this purchase, where only 1 key was provided. Does this sound like the best possible buying experience or an empty promise? I would much rather have them provide this service, but since it was not, I want other potential buyers to be aware of this before this happens to them. I was forced to secure a key at my own expense and it was neither reasonable or easy to do as it took several hours of my time to find the proper key and a locksmith that could do the programming. More

I don't write many reviews, but I feel it's important to review Elmhurst Toyota for others out there in the market for a new or ore-owned Toyota. The experience was surprisingly positive. Probably the best we've ever had, and we think it's worth saying so. Competent, knowledgeable staff , very friendly, warm atmosphere and never once any high pressure tactics to rush us into a decision before we were ready. Sales staff and finance manager were warm, friendly and there to help the customer with a purchase, not forward his or her agenda. More
