Worst customer service Vladimir Rikhman made my experience terrible. I was there with my husband and he told me to leave and he told my husband to come back without me, when Vladimir Rikhman made my experience terrible. If you were able to have the pleasure of getting parts from the legend Curt Aigner then you know the caliber of people I am talking about and fear not, Stan Hopper is here with the same level of technical knowledge and customer service. I have never dealt with a more knowledgable staff with better customer service and not to mention the BEST prices in the country! My toyotas ,especially my supras, are my babies. I work hard to pay for them and buy parts and I do business at Elmhurst because they understand that and they treat me as a priority.
