This is the second purchase I have made through Alex, with the first being a used Lexus a few years ago, and to be honest I did not visit any other Toyota dealers - a true testament to the overall buying experience one will have and knowing you will be taken care of. Negotiations both times were painless and simple, as they were pretty competitive upfront (and most competitive in the area). It was not difficult to put together a deal that all parties were happy with.
