Tim Dion sensed immediately (through email, no less) the sort of thing we were looking for, and made a suggestion the same day we contacted him. Tom Hong handled the test drive and actual sale (of the same car Mr. Dion recommended) with the sort of consideration, ease, and clarity that comes as a surprise in an age of lowest-common-denominator marketing. Everything was up-front and open (no dithering or mickey-mouse), and we paid a fair price for a vehicle we love driving. These gentlemen are confidence-instilling because of their integrity and competence, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. If our experience is any indication, you won't find anyone else like them in the Chicago area, and you won't be sorry you dealt with them. More

Service work for my 1998 Toyota 4runner I took my 98 4runner in 6/6/16 to get my timing belt, water pump, and drive belt replaced. I dropped it off around 4pm and was told i should have it I took my 98 4runner in 6/6/16 to get my timing belt, water pump, and drive belt replaced. I dropped it off around 4pm and was told i should have it back the next day. I also asked the service consultant if the technician can inspect my shocks and struts since the ride felt a bit harsh going over bumps. The following day I get a call with an update on the work and the service consultant stated the technician found an issue with the thermostat and should/needed to get replaced. I authorized that in addition to the other work. He also stated that the technician inspected the shocks and struts and stated they seem to be ok still. I called called back later on 6/7/16 to add a last minute request of a wheel alignment since they had a special going on. Even with the last minute requests I still Recieved my vehicle back in a timely manner. Also, to elaborate about the harsh ride I felt, I was already planning on replacing my tires (independent retailer), because they were pretty worn down. When I got new tires, my ride quality improved alot. I no longer felt the ride harsh as much as I did before. I'm amazed at the honestly that the toyota technician and services department displayed because they saved me from spending money on new shocks and struts at this time. I do want to replace them soon but that wasn't in my budget at that time and hearing that my current ones were still ok was a relief. Thanks you Elmhurst Toyota. More
Excellent Service and Parts Support! I have been using Elmhurst Toyota for a few years now to support my ageing 2JZ engine and transmission. I cannot say enough about how helpful the par I have been using Elmhurst Toyota for a few years now to support my ageing 2JZ engine and transmission. I cannot say enough about how helpful the parts department (Stan Hopper) have been to me! I receive excellent support from them whether I have part numbers for them or send them on a mission to find a hard to find part. Every time they come through for me and are great to deal with. The Mechanic (Frank) was kind enough to come out and say hello, and there was nothing to worry about my recall (airbag related). Since I was there I need my driver side visor to be repaired....again..SAME GREAT SERVICE! The entire team did a great job. Their service center was very accommodating, and they washed my car TWICE for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ps.... funny thing is I have owned a Toyota since 2001, and THIS was the first time I went in. SORRY it took so long, but HAPPY I did! Thanks again to DAVE at the service desk and FRANK who did the work! GREAT TEAM!!! More
