Tommy was the first service rep I dealt with and still rely on him whenever I go there--he is amazing! Over the years I've also dealt with most all of the other team members and they are just as wonderful. It doesn't really matter who takes cares of you at Elmhurst--'cause they ALL "take care of you." If I've ever had an issue to be dealt with, they do so professionally and quickly. I trust the service team completely. Service appointment I made reservations to have my 6 month service check up on my new Toyota I bought from Elmhurst Toyota.I called Monday night and they scheduled me for I made reservations to have my 6 month service check up on my new Toyota I bought from Elmhurst Toyota.I called Monday night and they scheduled me for 10:30 am Tuesday. They told me that reservations were not needed but recommended. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told that it would be at least 1 hour and 45 minutes wait since during week days it's 1st come first served. So much for making reservations. I went To Schaumburg Toyota the same day at 1:00 and had my car serviced and washed and on my way home at 1:50. The facility and staff is top notch. Also found out that I was mislead on my Camry when I bought it. More
