We had done our homework and been in contact with several local dealerships but chose to do business with Elmhurst Toyota because of Steven and Tony Gmitrovic. From the knowledge of the vehicles, to the professional correspondence and follow-up but most importantly their willingness to close the deal by making the numbers work. They set themselves apart from every other dealership that we had explored to purchasing our new vehicle. Its too easy to only site complaints, these guys deserve the kudos! More
Quick Response Although I live 40 minutes from this dealership I had the pleasant opportunity to use their service department this past week..and they were excellent Although I live 40 minutes from this dealership I had the pleasant opportunity to use their service department this past week..and they were excellent. My daughter was home from school where she is studying for her Phd in the medical field in St Louis and her Rav4 was scheduled for service when she was home. Now this is only maybe 15-20 days the entire year. Well the strike at my local dealership forced me to seek other assistance- for new brakes and a recall. I sent out emails to dealers and the only one who got back to me that day was Brian, the service manager from Elmhurst Toyota who said he understood the situation and could get the car done by the next day. I met Service writer Dave Hsu when I arrived he actually asked if I was the gentleman who emailed- and immediately went over what was needed. In the review of the rest of the car he also found that the battery failed - ( it was 5 years old - makes sense) -and likely saved my daughter from a dangerous situation not far down the line- as we replaced it. The car was ready on time the next morning - washed and ready to go. They also accepted a coupon from the other dealer... If I could rate my experience higher than a 5 I would. I have been buying cars and having them serviced for 45 years..I wish all the experiences were like this. Great job guys... More
Friendly Service I was in for an airbag recall. They quickly checked my car and found a tire issue. And since they were busy they drove me home and offered to pick m I was in for an airbag recall. They quickly checked my car and found a tire issue. And since they were busy they drove me home and offered to pick me up (but a friend took me over after lunch). This was service above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Great job, and efficient friendly service. More

Great Service I am very happy with the service. This was the first time I went in for service after just buying my Rav4 in February. Everyone was very friendly and I am very happy with the service. Thanks for honest advice and fast fix I went to Elmhurst Toyota after work because the hood of my 2007 Highlander would not open when I pulled the interior lever. I could see the cable had I went to Elmhurst Toyota after work because the hood of my 2007 Highlander would not open when I pulled the interior lever. I could see the cable had slipped off the plastic pull. I told Bob Fazzi about the problem and he said let me take a look. In less than 30 seconds, he connected the cable to the plastic and unlatched the hood. Bob next got a can of WD-40, like product, and lubricated the hood latch. He pulled the plastic lever a few more time and everything was fine. I was on my way in under 10 minutes! Thank you Bob! More

When I arrived A I called this dealership and asked if I needed an appointment for an oil change. I was told to just come in and I would be serviced. When I arrived Anthony Landis greeted me with a smile and respect. He asked what service I would like today and I explained, an oil change. He asked some questions, made some recommendations and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. Before I knew it he was greeting me with information on my vehicle and I was on my way. Great experience. More

Every-time I call in for Stan he is always there to not only make the transaction smooth and easy but also makes you feel like a good personal friend. It really is great that you feel easily comfortable doing business when purchasing OEM parts here. Ever since I made my Toyota Supra purchase last year I felt he has been with me through the entire restoration process. Not only does he have great knowledge with these parts he always leaves the customer smiling when it comes to service. I'm from CT and will only do business with Elmhurst which says a lot. More
