When we came to the dealership both vehicles were unavailable, and despite bei Melissa corresponded with us over email regarding two similar vehicles. When we came to the dealership both vehicles were unavailable, and despite being led to believe otherwise, it turns out one of the vehicles being discussed was never even in the dealer’s stock. She walked in to get an appraisal on the car we just test drove (a third vehicle, presumably the switch after the bait) and after waiting and waiting I go in to find her sitting at her desk in the office with another couple who were car shopping. We turned around and left and ended up going to Bredemann and buying our Toyota Highlander Limited that afternoon. Lies and poor behavior blew your sale. I won’t be back and I would recommend friends and family shop elsewhere. More
