Mr. Guzman, As I explained to you on the phone yesterday. you ordered the parts in the morning, we placed order for you and parts were delivered that afternoon . You were given an email stating our return policy. Our return policy is clearly displayed on our websites. Maybe you should take some personnel responsibility for your own actions. it is not our fault you ordered parts before you knew what you needed to repair your vehicle. also we could not return those parts to Toyota because TOYOTA has return requirements as well and we must abide by them .. If I can't return the parts YOU ordered ...then YOU can't return them either. We will not get stuck with parts you deiced after the fact that you don't want. Hello Brian W., As our internet parts person told you a few times, we did not send you the wrong part. You ordered the wrong part. The parts description is plastered all over that listing. The part was purchased 84+ days ago through Amazon. Amazon’s return policy is very specific that returns must happen within 30 days. Dropping as many “F” bombs as you did in all the emails was totally unnecessary. Take some personnel responsibility for your own mistakes.
