Great Competitive Service I went there today to look at a Used 2013 Smart Fortwo. Went in just after they opened and Mr. Marius Petrutiu was right there to meet and greet me. After we took the car a test drive we sat down and spent about two hours appraising my trade in, filling out applications and negotiating possible finance rates and lengths. He listened to my input and was willing and able to compete with fellow loan offers from other financial institutions like Chase. When all was said and done I spent two hours buying the car I wanted with a finance deal that beat all of his competitors. Mr. Petrutiu was patient and explained what he had to explain and delegated what had to be delegated, he also put in good words directly to there financiers that allowed me to get the deal that I desired. I highly recommend you come out in and talk directly to the Marius or other dealer assistants so that you can attain the deal you desire that is a win/win for everybody involved. More

The following is Review update: I have talked to the management and they apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid for the protection plan. The following is my original review. "The sales person at this location clearly lied to me and my wife that we have to include their own 2-year protection plan which cost $1,395 to buy the used car that we were interested in. After purchasing the car, I have contacted the insurance company and found out it was simply not true. I contacted the general manager at the dealership to request the cancellation of the protection plan with a full refund. Although he promised to process this in our initial phone conversation, now he is not answering my phone nor replying to my e-mail and phone message. I now have a high doubt if this would be processed on time. Regardless this cancellation and refund are made on time or not, lying to the customers about this costly protection plan is illegal and should be prevented in the future." More
