Before walking through the doors of Autobarn City Mazda, my wife and I did the typical routine; settle on a number in our heads, settle on our required features and have an overall game plan on how we want the deal to unfold. Within 5 minutes of talking with these guys, we realized that we didn't need to psych ourselves out - they only asked questions that helped them be better at helping us. We test drove 2 different types of SUVs, we did a simple (but much needed) baby seat test and we were continuously asked what role our new car would play with our growing family for the next 3 years. The entire time, my wife and I felt like only our needs were being addressed; we didn't feel pressured to do anything outside of our comfort zone and there were no uncomfortable moments whatsoever.
