From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership until the very next day when I drove off in my new ride, Luis Jimenez went out of his way to ensure my experience was nothing short of smooth and more importantly, enjoyable (and it actually was!). Luis was very amicable, knowledgeable. honest and attentive to my vehicle needs which I greatly appreciated. Not only so, but both Luis and Brian O'hare went out of their way to ensure I was getting the best deal possible and it was evident that customer satisfaction was very important to them. People typically dread the entire car-buying process but I must say, it wasn't bad at all!
