****SHADY, RUN AWAY**** Do not give this company your business! I traded in my vehicle, and had to constantly reach out to them, Ali Bilal specifically, to get updates about when my loan would be paid off. Ali and another in finance, Bridget, lied to me multiple times about when the check they sent would clear (which they sent to the wrong address by the way). I ended up having to make a loan payment on a car not in my possession. Finally when the time set by the Attorney General for dealerships to pay off a loan had passed, I had to threaten to file a police report to get Ali to care about the loan being paid. I never even received a phone call or any explanation as to why I had to be the person that cared about this issue, when it's their legal responsibility. So I'm out a car payment for Christmas. What a great gift, Autobarn City Mazda! Do yourself a favor and avoid these shady people that do not care about you after they sell you a car! More

I had the unfortunate decision to have my car towed there on Saturday 12.15 and they are just the worst customer service! They are rushed, keep you on hold, pass you around on the phone and think you are a different customer. Cut you off mid sentence and tell you they will get back to you in a certain amount of time to appease you and get you off the phone but they surely will not get back to you. Yesterday 12.17, first thing they say on the phone is what s your name and oh your car is out of warranty. No its has a CPO warranty good until June of 2019. Oh they say thinking "whatever I'm in a hurry" we have 3 techs with the flu and will call you back at 4 today with an update. No call (Surprise!). Today 12.18. Get passed around on the phone for 5 minutes constantly put on hold and then they think I am a different customer. Cut me off mid sentence and say no have not looked at it give us 2.5 hours. Sure! It perhaps is not a employee problem but a ownership problem not staffing and training properly. I will not be using them or buying a MAZDA there. More

Shady business practices We purchased a used car in October and were given a service record from the dealership of work that had been done prior to sale. Upon further inspecti We purchased a used car in October and were given a service record from the dealership of work that had been done prior to sale. Upon further inspection, the work was never done. We had to get another quote for repair of service, then go back/forth with dealership to get them to do work they claimed to have already done. They admitted parts were found at dealership and repairs weren't made as written in work order(fraud). Repairs finally made and we were told we would get a check for $300 for having to go through finding problems, seeking quotes and driving 40+ mileage each way to get car repaired while sitting 3+ hours. Check was supposed to he sent 11/5/18. Conintuous hounding got them to issue a 2nd check after 1st one never arrived on 11/16/18. 2nd check arrived on 11/28/18. Low and behold 1st check arrived 11/30/18 with check dates 11/7/18, and shipping label printed 11/29/18. Nothing that they have told us has been on the up and up. Poor business practices and would avoid this dealership at all costs. Car delivered to us was unsafe and could've easily caused an accident with faulty tie rod and bolts not placed back into calipers. More

Out of town smooth purchase My son and I leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I live in NJ and he lives in Chicago. He went in and picked out a car and I negotiated the deal via email w My son and I leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I live in NJ and he lives in Chicago. He went in and picked out a car and I negotiated the deal via email with Brian the sales manager. I advised him that I would be flying in for one day and when I got there the car was ready and all we needed to do was fill out the paperwork and off we went. Manny went over the car from top to bottom with my son and Bilal handled the paperwork. Couldn’t have been any easier. They also took back our 2016 CX-5 which was at the end of the lease. Great job all around. More
I don't recommend to deal him This is my first and going to be last experience in this location , my current review about Ali bilal the finance manager , when i went to the Autobar This is my first and going to be last experience in this location , my current review about Ali bilal the finance manager , when i went to the Autobarn city mazda on 10/24/18 i was ready to buy a new car and pay off the whole amount and i didn't adk for any financial services and loan , but actually when i went to make my payment and the dealership luis anger bonila and the sales manager matt both of them are known that iam not interested to the finance loan and they know that i have a check with a sales price of my veichle then Ali Bilal called us ( me and my husband) in his office and start to urges us to do the finance loan and i explained everything to him that i don't like to have a loan and i am ready to pay And i don't want to pay an interest because the sales price is going to be higher, he still and still trying by telling my you are going to wait 45 days and then you will receive your first bill and immediately go to the pnc bank( the finance bank) and pay off your vehicle and by this way you will not need to pay an interest and you are responsible for making the amount that you owed from the bank that is listed in the contract and neither else I wasn't comfortable to what is he said but he enforced us and by creating another reason that your credit score is gonna be high when you pay in full , then he signed me many papers and as a result i trusted him by telling me there's no interest before your due date and it will be on 12/8/18 Then i left them with my car On Saturday 11/17/18 i received my 36 from 72 bills from the PNC Bank And today 11/20/18 i went to the bank according to Ali Bilal advise to make a payment in full ( pay off) i surprised that the finance amount is more than the amount that i owed by $115.81 when i asked the banker she answered me this is the bank policy for car loans and it ia a daily interest and everyday since 10/24 you paid an interest OMG but the finance manager didn't say that And she told me it is better for you to pay off today than tomorrow because it is going to be highest.and i told her my due date is 12/8and today's date is 11/20 she answered me it doesn't matter the interest applied since you get the car Then i paid just the amount that i actually owed that listed in my contract And went to the dealership to ask Ali bilal about what happened and this is not my fault and this a problem because him I didn't ask him about any help and he put himself in my case He saw us and ignored us and we waited him one hour and they told him we are coming to see him and he still ignoring us and wellcom other customer infront our eyes and don't care to us Then i complaint him in the sale manager for this worst attitude and rude behivour and then he told me when he finished with the customer he is ready for you then the other customers left him and he closed his office and get off and run away What is that means? That means he knows him self he is a fraudulent and Liar and he couldn't face with us And matt have been solved the issue So i want to Tell him not in this way you build yourself by cheating and run away More
