Placed a deposit on a CX-9, said to be on its way from Japan. Notified the car had been unloaded at Joliet intermodal rail yard. Arrived 9am for a planned oil change and tire rotation. Still was waiting for car at 12:45pm. Also, upon lease signing, I was told by the finance guy, (no longer there) all maintenance would be covered and Still was waiting for car at 12:45pm. Well new lease guy says no documentation on the all inclusive maintenance or brake pads and now I'm furious More

Terrible experience. The salesperson was inexperienced. The manager (Kyle) was extremely aggressive and rude. They were trying stale roadside dealer tactics rather than engaging in a meaningful conversation about making a deal. Bad bad business, stay away! The people at Autobarn Mazda at Evanston were much more professional and helpful. I'm going to buy a Mazda from them. More
