Adrian in service did not do his job and provided bad customer service. He was very rude to me and the service department tried to say that due to a small scratch on the rear trunk of the car that caused customer service. Price gouging, speaking down to minority, women veterans that served this country with pride is not my idea of “great service.” I was spoken to as if I was a halfwit when I inquired why it would cost $327.0 that served this country with pride is not my idea of “great service.” I was spoken to as if I was a halfwit when I inquired why it would cost $327.00 to change out my front windshield wipers. My coworker told me the service at McGrath was great. They claimed they could not give me a ride back to the VA (my job) due to it being outside of their permitted mileage. However a few months earlier they extended that exact courtesy to my male coworker. The don’t care about their customers and it is my belief they have a strong negative attitude toward minority women veterans. They said they couldn’t give me anything off my twenty-eight hundred dollar bill because there were NO coupons available and the best they could do was take a hundred dollars off but it wouldn’t help because tax would add more on… Please, Please Think twice before patronizing this business especially if you’re a Military veteran or patriot of any sort. -Disappointed Female Minority Vet More

I spoke with Sean in the beginning of September and due to my work schedule and prior engagements, I wasn't able to come in until October. Sean kept constant communication throughout the month and made sure that all my questions were answered. The car buying process can be dreadful, but Sean made the experience quick and painless. I LOVE my new car! Would definitely recommend Mcgrath City Mazda and Sean :) More
Honestly I am still in shock with how Joe the service director handled this situation. He was extremely condescending and did not let me fully explain why I reached out. I at this point am not intereste director handled this situation. He was extremely condescending and did not let me fully explain why I reached out. I at this point am not interested in even telling this story, but will say when I bring my vehicle in for service. I expect that my vehicle is brought back to me in the same condition, at bare minimum. More

I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago to fix the air conditioning. It was a recall; it was the third time I brought my car in for the same problem. Previously I have brought my car in because the battery was malfunctioning. The first time I brought it in, they charged me $100 to "fix" the problem. A couple of months later, I brought it in because there was another issue, and this time I was told I needed a brand new battery, and they could not put the $100 towards it. About a year later, I had issues with the battery again and brought it in. When I went to pick up my car at that time, I was told nothing was wrong with the battery, and I must be making things up (fyi- the battery was under warrranty because they had just replaced it the year prior). At that time, the customer service rep Everett put his cell phone number on my paperwork and let me know I could call him whenever I had problems, even if it was in the middle of the night, and he would come to help me. Super professional. When I got home, I read the paperwork, which clearly stated there was a problem with the battery. I called and spoke with the manager, who said that yes, they should have replaced the battery free of charge when it was in there, and he is not sure what happened. I had to bring the car in again to have it replaced at that time. All the extra trips I have had to take to Mazda are a waste of time for problems that could have been fixed when my car was there. A couple of weeks ago, I brought my car in to finally have the air conditioning fixed, as the machine was broken the previous two times. It worked for two weeks and then stopped working all of a sudden today. I called the manager and asked if I could drop the car off on Monday and get a rental for whatever period they needed to fix it. He said that I would have to come in Monday, no rental would be available, and maybe they could fix it at that time, maybe not, and perhaps I would have to bring it in another time. So they screwed up, and I am expected to continue driving over an hour to Mazda continually to get something fixed that was their fault, to begin with, after trying three times already. All I am asking for is that you take my car, give me a rental, actually fix my car and call me when it is ready. I do not believe that to be unreasonable. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and hope to get this resolved soon! Go somewhere else to get your car fixed if possible is my advice to others! More
