Charity, the salesperson, was fantastic. Friendly, sociable, outgoing, engaging, warm, inviting, I can't say enough positive things about them. Brad was short, abrasive, lashed out at another business in an unprofessional manner, and made little to no effort to better explain something I was very confused about. He dropped my comfort level to the point I walked away and will no pursue future business with this dealer and actively recommend away anyone who asks about it. The vehicle listing was disingenuous failing to list a $1,600 upcharge for a CPO fee which is 3x the normal fee for CPO. When I brought up that this raised their out the door price on a model that's 3 years old and has several paint defects to bare metal Brad went on a mini tirade about how awesome he was and how much volume he moves, called another dealer "podunk". Ok Brad, whatever makes you feel better buddy. I was out of there. I find it HIGHLY unprofessional to speak poorly of competition in such a direct manner and very telling of their lack of professionalism and destroyed any trust I might have had in them properly handling "double contracting" the used vehicle.
