I bought my car here 2 years ago and I have been taking it here to be maintained since. They are in middle of moving buildings so make sure you call ahead to make a appointment. Absolutely. ...horrible. Purchased a new car (12 miles) within 3 weeks the car sent critical error alerts and is not operational. Sales avoided any calls and I ha ...horrible. The best effort was they could call the Service department. No manager was available or would speak to me and everyone simply said anything to try to make it better was not something they could authorize but could not get me to that person. In the end after spending almost 20k the sales team was only focused on selling other cars not helping a customer that just purchased. If I had the ability to un-do this entire process I would purchase a car from literally anywhere else to avoid this. The lack of responsibility and support the customer is truly horrifying. Specifically, Adrian and Maggie in Sales deserve the worst ratings possible. More
