We just bought our 4th car at this dealership, and the reason we came back is because of the excellent service and their best sales person Marcus Loza We just bought our 4th car at this dealership, and the reason we came back is because of the excellent service and their best sales person Marcus Lozano. The first experience that we had with Marcus was for our college daughter 1st car and he was very professional and listen to what our we were looking for and our budget need. He is not one of these over the top sales person that just wants your business, he is not a pushy sales person, he truly makes you feel like an old friend. My daughter is so happy with her car and the payments that fits her budget. My husband went back a month later to purchase his car and Marcus took very good care to listen to what my husband was looking for in a new car. This past weekend my car broke down so went to another dealership and the sales person would not budge or work with us on the price of a new car. My husband suggested we go back to Marcus, but I did not want a Hyundai, so, I went in just to see what Marcus can do for me........Not only do I love my car but he worked with the amount we were telling him we could only pay monthly. We have had previous experience with horrible dealerships and sales person but if i could give them ten star I would. Thank you Marcus.....see you soon for my next daughter's car. More
