We we called about a specific vehicle we saw online spoke with a very friendly rep and there were follow up texts immediately from Christoper. Upon arrival (same day), we were escorted to Marcus Lozano, our Salesperson, who was patient, authentic and HUMAN from the start. He is a a gifted listener who heard our budget and that we were there for a specific car and never tried to sell us anything else. We appreciated his thorough explanation of e each process and he never made us feel rushed. This dealership has a very laid back atmosphere (in the most positive way!) You can tell people work well together from he management to the cashier. It is extremely friendly, and low pressure, Marcus was very transparent, knowledgeable and apt t answering any question we had (and we had many after other negative experiences at other dealerships), I will highly recommend McGrath City to others. We love our new (to us) KIA and had an extremely positive experience. More
