I wrote a 5 star review when I was at the dealership but since then I am changing it to a 1 star review. The next day after I purchased my vehicle from them I looked over my paper work and found an almost $ since then I am changing it to a 1 star review. The next day after I purchased my vehicle from them I looked over my paper work and found an almost $2000 increase in the list price. I called the dealership and was told it was a bank fee and that the finance guy would call me to explain that. I never got a call. And I called who my loan was through and they said there was not a bank fee added to the list price of my vehicle. Also, the speakers in my car were all set to the back and I didn't notice until a few days after I left. I found out the front passenger speaker was blown!!! I called them about that and they said there is nothing they could do. I very upset and frustrated about this considering I was told multiple times while I was there that they do everything to make their customers happy and I AM NOT HAPPY! More

We we called about a specific vehicle we saw online spoke with a very friendly rep and there were follow up texts immediately from Christoper. Upon arrival (same day), we were escorted to Marcus Lozano, our Salesperson, who was patient, authentic and HUMAN from the start. He is a a gifted listener who heard our budget and that we were there for a specific car and never tried to sell us anything else. We appreciated his thorough explanation of e each process and he never made us feel rushed. This dealership has a very laid back atmosphere (in the most positive way!) You can tell people work well together from he management to the cashier. It is extremely friendly, and low pressure, Marcus was very transparent, knowledgeable and apt t answering any question we had (and we had many after other negative experiences at other dealerships), I will highly recommend McGrath City to others. We love our new (to us) KIA and had an extremely positive experience. More
