I was at this location two Fridays ago(10/16) for Recall and warranty work. When I called and made the appointment I was told they had the part for the recall. Get there at 3pm. I was informed by Everett th and warranty work. When I called and made the appointment I was told they had the part for the recall. Get there at 3pm. I was informed by Everett that the work would take two hours. Fast forward to 6:30 my car car is "done". Get home and look at the paperwork and it states that "recall not completed, part ordered". Not only did this location allow me to sit there for almost double the time during a pandemic, they did NOT COMPLETE the work I came in the to have done, and NO ONE from the service department informed me of this, and allowed me to leave. I called EDDIE the service manager three times, left him messages and email informing him of this and I have heard NOTHING. This goes beyond unprofessional and negligent. EVERETT did not return my calls, and then I got an email from him saying "I was going to try to set it up for us to come and get it". And not inform the costumer that the work was not being completed, but you can sit in our dirty lobby during a pandemic for 3.5 hours? Eddie and Everett will take or return any of my phone calls or emails. Made the appointment at a different location, and I will never purchase another Hyundai. More
I think that every car buyer should write a review after a month of having the car and not right away while buying the car just like Robert asks you to. My initial review was as follows: Robert was very helpful. He was not pushy to make the deal happen just like I have previously experienced at other dealerships. Overall good experience. Well, three weeks later, I noticed something on the car that we obviously could not have caused. / a problem with a bumper / when taking the car for servicing it, I was adviced to talk to my sales person. Talked to Robert who told me that we messed up the bumber, the fact that it does not sit very well on the car was caused by us even though there is not a scratch on the bumper and it looks cosmetically perfect. The black bottom part of the rear bumper covers a part of 1 bottom light and we didnt notice it when we bought the car. Supposedly we maybe hit a pothole. Bumpers on Hyundai cars mess up when you hit a pohole?????? Such a bad quality cars? Ridiculous. Buyers please watch out for who you deal with because once you are out the door, Robert is definitely not the person to help out when needed, especially when he tells you that it is Saturday and you should come a different day and not Saturday, because those are busiest days. Am I the only person who works during the week??????? More
