I liked Mo quite a bit. He put up with my ranting about the 2k inspection fee, and had it removed. They presented as having their best price up front, i.e. no negotiations. Mohammad was responsive and provided good service in our recent purchase of a car. However, he and the dealership misrepresented "dealer and certification fees" as necessary when in fact they are just an up recent purchase of a car.
