They gave me their best pricing right up front and it was cheaper than KBB (KBB)Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds. I didn't have to sit and wait for the saleswomen to "check with the manager" as he just came over and was the one that talked to us about our options and I was very pleased with that. I was treated more like a friend than a potential "big sale". Infact we just came from a dealership like that and so we talked to these dealers first before even looking at the cars. My experience with McGrath City Hyundai has always been phenomenal. This is mainly due to its service department and the way they insist on treating me whenever I stop by for a service call. The management of the department serves a great concoction of good automotive service in an always customer friendly environment. Service Consultant, Rufus Pearson is the straw that stirs the concoction as it is being served. He goes a long way to make me feel welcome and treats me as if I am a part of his own family. It never seems to matter whether my service call is big or small. He treats me in the same manner every time I am there. In a world where good customer service seems to be in decline, McGrath City Hyundai is on the other end of the spectrum. Rufus is the main reason why. He is, for me, one of its great ambassadors. I as looking to purchase a newer used car. I searched every site I could find on the internet. I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe with well over 200,000 miles. I called Mc Grath and spike with a young man named Jody who told me he had an 08 Elantra with 20,000 miles and he gave me a price out the door. I agreed to be at the dealership at 9:00 a.m the following morning. I really thought it was just a sales pitch. I went in, test drove the car and really liked it, the car was everything he said it was. We sat down to discussit and as we talked and worked out the deal I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. He certified it and added in other extras for me before I left with my new car. I know that I ran into the right person at the right dealership. Jody Adams is the man to see to be treated as friend and family and McGrath is the place to go. More
