I gave this dealership two tries to get it right. At the beginning of my first visit, Marcus seemed very eager and helpful. He also gave me a fair offer when we started crunching the numbers. He introduced me to Jody, one of the managers, and that's when it started to get weird. All of a sudden, they can't find the color that I wanted ANYWHERE in Illinois. (I found over a dozen when I checked after I got home) After I gave them my second color choice, Marcus walked me out the door saying he'll call me at the end of the day to let me know what he found. Never heard back. But I was willing to give them another chance. I stopped by the following weekend to follow up. Marcus never apologized for not calling me back. I informed him that I was still interested in getting the Tucson and can be flexible with the color. He spoke with Jody and came back to tell me that there will be a shipment in nine days and I'll be the first one they'll call when the car gets in. We shook hands and I told him I'm looking forward to getting my new Tucson. Things were looking optimistic when I also received a follow up call from Jody that afternoon saying he's looking forward to earning my business, and I will definitely get a call from them in nine days. It's been three weeks and I still have not heard back from them. No updates, no nothing. Don't waste your time on this dealership unless you want to fall through the cracks. More

At McGrath Hyundai I was treated with a great deal of respect. I also received a very good deal on a 2012 Hyundai Accent. I took my car in on 10/10/11 to get an Environmental Protection treatment completed. Christine was great! She took care of me right away and within moments I had a rental for the day. He also introduced me to Josh who was awesome & understood my anxiety with making a purchase. They explained the process to me, but weren't too pushy. During the end of August/beginning of September I visited the dealership service area to have my car (Hyundai Sonata)checked. Mr. Williams also made me aware of the future needs for my vehicle. There was a slight problem with the vehicle but Mr. Williams addressed the problem and my vehicle was ready for me to pickup. I am pleased with the way that Mr. Williams handled the problem as well as the rear brake service that was performed. I was very impressed by the customer service at McGrath. I had not been to this dealership before today, having just moved to the area. They were able to get my car in within 1/2 hour to diagnose the proble I had not been to this dealership before today, having just moved to the area. They were able to get my car in within 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem and then fixed the issue (new battery) in a little over an hour. Shelly Williams was prompt with the diagnosis, quoted me the price, and was very gracious. I was frustrated to have to bring my car in after having been without it for 5 weeks getting some body work done. Shelly assured me that the work would be done promptly and it was!
