Wow! These guys are the best around town when it comes to customer service! I am always there and I'm sure they can be annoyed by me always coming around, I'm always bringing around the two sonatas, a 2011 S customer service! I am always there and I'm sure they can be annoyed by me always coming around, I'm always bringing around the two sonatas, a 2011 Sonata Hybrid and a 2012 Sonata SE both silver by the way, so this gives you a better idea of who I am. You guys are the best, no other dealership has come to being as close to you guys when it comes to customer service, my car always leaves cleaner than when I first bring it in for let's say an oil change, warranty work, car wash, or whatever. I would totally recommend these guys because they know what they are doing, them and the whole crew. Because of your great customer services, I've been recommending people to you guys for service. You are greeted the moment you pull up to the service doors. While the staff at McGrath are taking care of you, you have there undivided attention, this is very important. Christine and Shelly made sure doors. While the staff at McGrath are taking care of you, you have there undivided attention, this is very important. Christine and Shelly made sure that I was comfortable in explaining my situation so that I would receive the service I thought I needed. I was walked to the customer waiting area and was shown where the complimentary coffee was located and told the amount of time that I would be waiting. My vehicle wash washed before it went for service(without my having to ask, nothing better than driving a clean car!!!) Upon completion of my servive Christine came and got me from the waiting room and explained what was done with the car and the balance what was due and why. The time I was there was less than I was told. All in all, as much as waiting could be, McGrath and the staff make you feel as comfortable as possible while there!!! More

Stay far away from the salesman Frank Torres. He lied over and over and made my buying experience horrible. The sales manager is not much better. They both failed to mention that there is a $200 document over and over and made my buying experience horrible. The sales manager is not much better. They both failed to mention that there is a $200 documentation fee and $1000 certification fee on their used car after I repeatedly asked if there were an additional fees. I understand that the car selling is a business and they need to make money too but I don't want to tricked and lied to. The list of lies is too long to list here. If not for the decent sticker price, I would have not walked out, I would have ran out of this place. Please refrain from Frank Torres. More

Christine in the service department is the best. I would highly recommend dealing with her. She was so pleasant to deal with, she explained everything thoroughly and would go back to deal with her for sure. highly recommend dealing with her. McGrath has a very friendly and upbeat environment. I got a reasonable deal on my car and everybody was very helpful. I would definitely recommend McGrath City Hyundai. They do good work and get it done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff!
