Everytime I go to McGrath, the service gets better and better. I made an appointment for an oil change,and I was promised that I would be out of the service department in a very short amount of time and t better. In advance of visiting McGrath, my husband and I had narrowed down our choice of vehicle to two models. We called the dealership ahead of time and were pleased that they had a large selection of those narrowed down our choice of vehicle to two models. We called the dealership ahead of time and were pleased that they had a large selection of those models available for us to view. We were greeted warmly at McGrath and then were introduced to Terran. He spent many hours with us, and in all I believe that we test drove 6 vehicles. We then narrowed our choices further based on our budget, and Terran was very helpful through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were relieved that the process was not the stereotypical high-pressure experience that other dealers try. We felt that Terran was always respectful towards us. Carl in the finance office was very helpful and efficient. While we were completing the paperwork with him, Terran had the men in the on-site detail shop give our new vehicle a once-over to make sure it was spotless. We are very pleased with the vehicle that we chose and with the price that we paid. We plan to make McGrath the first place that we visit when shopping for vehicles in the future. More

Dave Glas gave excellent service from point of contact, through the buying process to delivery of the prodcut. Awful experience. After buying a car from Frank and paying in full, I made an appointment with him so that I could come back from out of town and get some minor cosmetic work done. I confirmed with Fr paying in full, I made an appointment with him so that I could come back from out of town and get some minor cosmetic work done. I confirmed with Frank that all of the parts I needed were in, reminded him that I was coming in from out of town, and was reassured that everything was taken care of. After 4 hours of driving I was NOT happy to find out that he had never even ordered the parts. He also told me that it was not worth his time or money to take care of the issue for me, and that I should just do everything myself. I have never been more infuriated at someone for wasting my time and insulting me in the process. More
I bought a used 2005 Hyundai Elantra from used car dealer. It seems that the battery was going bad, which really messed with my factory installed alarm system. After first taking it to Sears (I had dealer. It seems that the battery was going bad, which really messed with my factory installed alarm system. After first taking it to Sears (I had to have it towed), they couldn't help me test it, because they didn't know how to bypass the alarm. The car was evidently completely disabled and no once seemed to be able to help me figure out what to do with my car. I guess it makes a huge difference whether the alarm is factory installed or installed after market. I called McGrath City Hyundai and spoke to Christine on the phone. She told me to bring the car in because they could bypass the (factory install)alarm and do a diagnostic. She explained that the diagnostic would cost $120 but would count toward repairs. I had to have it towed there, but once they had my car, they were able to bypass the alarm and determine that it was the battery afterall. When I came to pick up my car, Christine was especially helpful to me again. Despite the fact that the service department had already closed, she was able to get me taken care of and on my way quickly. If you have to take your car in, ask for Christine! More
