I had been to Grossinger and Wilkins and felt they we're too pushy when we decided to visit MCGRATH Hyundai.There we were greeted by Mr. Dave Glas and boy was he great. Can you believe they have Starbucks coffee? Fresh ground! And a play are for the kids so they had something to do. I always receive efficient, friendly service from McGrath. This time I needed two ignition coils replaced in addition to my car's scheduled maintenance. When I was told that my warranty wouldn't McGrath. This time I needed two ignition coils replaced in addition to my car's scheduled maintenance. When I was told that my warranty wouldn't cover the repairs, I said I thought they were mistaken. While I was checking my paperwork at home, they did their research, called the warranty people and corrected their computer records. Within minutes, I had a call from Christine telling me that my warranty would, in fact, pay for my repairs and they had updated their records to assure that there would be no more misunderstanding. Of all the dealerships I've used, McGrath Hyundai is the one that treats me best. More
I went in there on Monday night to look at a used car. Harlow was nice at first, let us test drive it and all. When we got back to talk about numbers and such, he was quite rude. I had a possible trade in that I wasn't sure about, they offered me a low amount so I decided to turn it down. He kind of laughed and said, "yeah, we werent too crazy about your car" which I thought was kind of rude to say. Then later, we were talking about putting a deposit on the car just to make sure it wouldnt sell before Saturday. He said he couldn't make any promises that it wouldnt sell but he'd try his best. We thought that did not make much sense. Why would we put down a $500 deposit if he can't make any promises that the car wouldn't sell? So we told him we did not want to put a deposit down and that we would just come back on Saturday. He basically said "K, Have a good night" and that was it. My boyfriend and I both thought the way he acted for the majority of the night was very rude. He acted like he did not care about us or what we wanted. He even said "this deal does not affect me so I don't really care what you do" at one point. Needless to say, we had a unsatisfactory experience there. When we came back Saturday to buy the car, we requested to work with someone different and our experience that day was better. More

I was'nt sure how my visit to the dealership would go. Because of some previous letters and ads, saying how much I could save, how they could help me get into the car of my dreams, each time, I spent 2-3 Because of some previous letters and ads, saying how much I could save, how they could help me get into the car of my dreams, each time, I spent 2-3 hours waiting. Both times I felt like it was not about me but more about the saleman. When I spoke to Dave over the telephone and explained my previous visits. He said don't worry come in. When I met him, he was about the customer, me. And I would like everyone to know what a great job this man did and how happy I am when I drove away in my brand new 2012 Hyundai Tucson.
