So this was a great & interesting experience! I took my car for it's typical oil change 8/4 of course I arrive & the service dept friendly as ever. So just to kill time I went and set with Dave Glass discuss some possible options for a new car. Well I must say the McGrath team is awesome. Dave and I went and test drove a 2013 Sonata (already was the owner of a 2011 Sonata) purchased at McGrath in May 2011. Honestly just weighing my options a little afraid of upgrading worried about much higher car note and tacked on interest! Well I'll be honest I can be hard & difficult at times when it comes to my money...Dave started the ball rolling getting appraisals & running numbers. Now I never make a car decision w/o my dad who was not with me by the way. I already knew Dave was going to make the deal to good to be true & hard to walk away from so I called re-inforcment in my aunt a true #'s lady I was still leary so Dave pulled his re-inforcment out JODY! What a guy funny, personable & well rounded. After further discussion playn with #'s and some of my own negotiating I was purchasing a 2013 Sonata. With a much better interest rate and getting features I wanted for the new car! So as a 2nd time buyer from McGrath Hyundai I thank you Dave Glass, Jody and Ed. More

Was given a price from another dealer over the internet. they said they would beat it by $500. Got there all they would do is match it, and add $775. destination on top of that. Not even close to matching, besides beating by $500. Also no car on premises. We drove around and looked for an hour, with salesman. He tried to sell us other colors, and trims. Place is a big joke. Waste of time. They think everyone is an idiot out here except them. Typical car dealership attitude! More

After receiving several call and post cards from the dealership telling me they wanted to buy my 2010 elantra and they could put me in a new Elantra for the same payment I visited the dealership. The en dealership telling me they wanted to buy my 2010 elantra and they could put me in a new Elantra for the same payment I visited the dealership. The entire thing as a scam. I told the salesman how much I could afford and he said he would work out a deal. After several emails and phone calls he told me I was too late he used his coupons on another customer. I realize I could not get the same payment as I just refinanced at a lower interest rate, and I was not sure about the deal. But I feel he could have explained to me he needed an answer on Tuesday July 23, not wait until Saturday the 28th to tell me it was too late. I had a bad experience with two sisters that worked at your dealership at the time I purchased my car. What a nightmare and yet I went back for more. Shame on me. I will be sure to tell my friends and family of my experience so they stay away. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the McGrath dealership, because of its friendly atmosphere. I initially went to McGrath to purchase a used vehicle, but after talking with one of your expert em dealership, because of its friendly atmosphere. Terran was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him!!! He is a great asset to the Hyundai family.
