Since I bought my car, I've been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. Was told from the beginning that I need to get there early and didn't need to make an appointment to get my oil changed. Came in and was helped by Kevin (i think that was his name) and he told me that I had to wait longer since I didn't have any appointment. I asked him how long he had worked there and he said less than a year. Needless to say that he wasn't helpfull and didn't care what I was told about oil change apponitments in the past. I had worked with Christine and the service manager (blonde - forgot her name)in the past and they have always been very helpfull and gone above and beyond. Chistine found me in the waiting room and asked how long i've been waiting (about 40 min). She said that the manager and her saw my name on the ticket and asked the service guys why this car was still waiting? I explained to her that I was told by Kevin that I would have to wait longer since I had no appointment. She explained to me that is not the case and got the car done in 25 min. If it wasn't for her, I don't know who long I would of waited. Moving forward, I'm only dealing with Christine or the Manager. Stay away from Kevin. More

I came into dealer to have some service on my car completed as well as one of 6 free scothguards/waxes completed. I received the free scothguards when I purchased the car. It turned out to be a rainy completed as well as one of 6 free scothguards/waxes completed. I received the free scothguards when I purchased the car. It turned out to be a rainy day so Christine went out of her way to make sure I would receive another complimentary scotchguard due to the rainy weather. She was not even the service represenative I was working with; she just overheard the conservation with the service represenative I was working with and didnt think I should have to use my complimentary scotchguard when it was such a rainy day and issued another one to me. Christine is great and her customer service is fantastic! More

Christine and Ed in the service department are the most friendliest, courteous and helpful employees I've ever dealt with when it comes to servicing a car. You know how you go into a service department an friendliest, courteous and helpful employees I've ever dealt with when it comes to servicing a car. You know how you go into a service department and start describing noises and the service person looks at you like your nuts????? They don't do that at McGrath City Hyundai. They understand the problem right at the start and I don't need to explain further. They are also very timely with their repairs (I've never had a repair or service take longer than one day) in the two years I've owned my Hyundai. Even waiting for a service is a short wait in the showroom lounge. And kudos to the technicians too! I want to also mention I had my car detailed this last visit and my two year old car now looks and smells brand new. Way better than a detail specialist place and the price was even less!! Never expected that from a "dealership". Totally recommend McGrath City Hyundai-they have my business for life! More
