Originally Understating the loss altima we had, my wife and I walked into the dealership with every intention to just look and gather research. Even though he had to drive us to a completly different site where the vehilces were located he made it an easy process. I had no intentions on purchasing at the first dealer but Terran answered all my questions and made it easy for me.Howevever I still had to go home and think because I never go and buy at the first dealer Terran made it a no brainer but to come back that following monday and purchase my new elantra. professionalism at its finest thanks again!
