The experience of buying a car was absolutely normal. saw a lot of very negative reviews about this place on the web but decided to take my chances. Good thing I did. The experience of buying a car was absolutely normal. Not “wonderful or astonishing” but normal as it should be. I had to drive for almost 3 hours to see the car I was interested in. So obviously I double check several times with the dealership personnel asking them to make sure the car is on the lot not only in the computer system. Upon arrival I met Peter Denbroeder who showed me the car, took a test drive with me and handle the negotiation process. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. The car was already very competitively priced so my attempt to lower the price was not successful. I was given clear explanation for the firm pricing and no attempts to push on me any additional services were made. Final price with complete explanation was given to me before signing any paperwork. I paid in full and didn’t have any trade so it was an easy transaction. My only wish that they would detail car a little bit faster but they did a good job on it so there is no complain. I would recommend this dealership to any person with reasonable expectations. More
