Poor customer service and communication skill!!! He understood my needs and suggested the 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It was exactly what I needed. A gas saver and a roomier car. With the help of David Glas, he lowered my interest rate by 12% and I drive out the lot with my prized new ride!! I ended up getting a brand new 2016 for the exact same price as the other place was going to charge for a 2015 with ~10,000 miles. I did some comparison shopping online and I was definitely getting a great price. I worked with Robert Gil and he was great. He was 100% accurate in everything he said. I'd definitely recommend this place. More

I left in tears. I would give zero stars if it were allowed. I had done much research online before arriving and made an appointment ahead of time, I was told on the I would give zero stars if it were allowed. I had done much research online before arriving and made an appointment ahead of time, I was told on the phone to ask for Armi, which I did. I was told my appointment was with a leasing specialist, as I was expecting to lease a car. I was very excited, and knew what I wanted, as my parents have an earlier year of the same make/model. As I live in the city, I have not owned a car in 15 years, and had saved up (and worked really hard) especially for this car. They had the right car, it was orange, however, which is far from my first choice. I wouldn't purchase that color, but leasing it for three years would have been okay. The first salesman I was presented with was professional and okay, He drove me around the lot for a while, and figured out the car I wanted was in the showroom. Okay, no problem. We found it, I could live with the color, as it had everything else I was looking for. Another couple arrives and he helps them instead and passes me off to another salesperson, who was abysmal at best. I think he was not a trained salesperson, and certainly knew nothing of leases. Hint: don't imply that the person who can pay cash for the car twice over, but prefers to lease for the business tax deduction, is a drug dealer (note, I'm a middle aged mom with 4 year old daughter and grandfather in tow. I'm about as far from a drug dealer profile as you can get) Before that, I asked about a higher end vehicle, and before he would show it to me, he asked if I knew the price of the vehicle, (I did, that's actually why I came, the first guy down-graded me because I wanted four wheel drive) This exchange also, was an insult. I realize he may not have MEANT it to be insulting, but that is why the dealership should have TRAINED staff! I let the first insult slide, but the drug dealer bit is what had me in tears, as I realized I didn't ever want a car that reminded me of such an exchange. By then I was DONE. Ironically, I have sold high-end fashion retail for most of my career, and do not present myself in any way as poor, and know how people who are spending their money with you should be treated. Insulting them is NOT how to make a sale. I run my own business, and I promise you none of my customers, ever, would leave in tears. I would have been better off going in acting dumb and not making an appointment, and maybe being a guy..... Overall, I would never, ever, ever, recommend this dealership. My experience was a nightmare come true. Likely, I will end up at enterprise or car max, pay cash, and be on my way. Their loss. More
