We called in the next day and spoke to Abel and came to an agreement over the phone. We came right over to sign the deal and we were handed over to Galo Montero. Actually the person who spent the most time with us was Galo who took us for a test drive, answered our list of questions, introduced us to the Service Dept representative and also kept apologizing for the long wait with Finance. He even called us to make sure everything was OK the next day. He was extremely professional and helpful. More

Noise When driving in city: takes long time and becomes really loud before switching gears.
