My experience with McGrath City Hyundai was stellar! When I walked in the door, I was kind of looking around, and then I heard, "Hi. My name is Marcus Lozano. How may I help you?", and then was stellar! When I walked in the door, I was kind of looking around, and then I heard, "Hi. My name is Marcus Lozano. How may I help you?", and then he listened. I told him I was tired of going through the typical car salesman high pressure, more than you wanted to spend, approach. I said please don't do that or I'll just have to leave before we even start. He smiled and said "We don't do that here at McGrath. We want to earn your business." And then he listened some more. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend. He checked the inventory for a particular car that he was thinking about for me and my price range and everything fell into place perfectly. Marcus was very accommodating to my needs as was everyone else that I met there. It takes a good sales philosophy to make a great salesman like Marcus Lozano and great salesmen like him, make a great store! Remember the name Marcus Lozano at McGrath City Hyundai.
