Though, my time at McGrath City Hyundai was far from this stereotype. Marcus Lozano, the salesman who worked with me on my first-time auto purchase was extremely down-to-earth and professional throughout each step of the process. Not once did I feel the need to haggle or have the suspicion that business was not being done fairly. He made the car buying process stress-free and relatable by making the effort to share about himself, which really helped to personalize the experience. Marcus went above and beyond what I expected by managing to get me the exact car I intended on buying even though he had to go out of his way to make that possible.
