You said you did the car in 3 hours, you charged me $1000 and you did nothing. Do not use this service because the service manager is a total liar and ripping people off. When I got there, I showed the lights and you said it will be ok after the amount I paid. Service workers broke my working front camera and took $1000. You did not do justice to the money I paid. UPDATE (also posted on google): There's ALWAYS a problem with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. You're waiting by your car like an idiot as you watch the w with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. You're waiting by your car like an idiot as you watch the workers actively ignore you and even make fun of you (I heard one of them say "go see what she wants, she looks pissed"). Then there's always something wrong with getting a *simple* service done. Want a car wash? Tough luck, everything is broken. Want an oil change? It's a three hour wait with no empathy in sight. Made an appointment online? What appointment? It's first come first serve without a heads up until you realize you have to break your schedule when you get there. Above all else, it's the crude, unmannered attitude in the air that everybody's sniffing. Just don't bother unless you have patience of steel. And don't leave any "sorry about this" reply because if you know better, you would do better. And you do know the service is crap. More
