McGrath City Honda - Service Center

My vehicle experienced an intermittent electrical short causing it not to start at times. This problem is not only very frustrating for me but extremely difficult for the mechanic to pinpoint. My service advisor Andy Sertler was very professional and courteous. He and the mechanic both explained the problem and the cost of the repair to my understanding. The service I received at McGrath was excellent and the cost of repair was very fair. Thanks Andy, when it’s time for a new car I’ll definitely be coming to McGrath. More

Andy was friendly, thorough and accurately estimated the time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. Not 1 but 2 service technicians came to help and time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. They were attentive not dismissive and then Andy came out to ensure everything was taken care of. Overall a very pleasant experience that made me feel valued as a customer - a rarity these days.
