We have always had an exceptional experience at McGrath City Honda. Staff and mechanics in the service department are friendly and helpful. They have worked on our car since 2003. When we have had major City Honda. Staff and mechanics in the service department are friendly and helpful. They have worked on our car since 2003. When we have had major work done they explained carefully what needs to be done and what it would cost. They have given reliable estimates of time involved and kept us informed. As a result we return to them for even routine work like an oil change. I have come to trust them and when it comes time to buy a new car, the experience I have had with their service department will play a role in making a new purchase decision. I hesitate in thinking about other brands because I wouldn't want to lose this service. More
Let's be honest: people who have been around hate going to car dealers. It never ceases to amaze me how ill treated one can be at these places. I have to say, however, that my first experience at McGrath will not be my last. I was treated as if they were genuinely glad to have me there and to do what they could to assist me. These are people who work extremely hard, and with exceedingly long hours, and, at least at this place, it didn't show. They fixed a problem that could have cost me three to four hundred dollars, and decided to to it for *free*! -- they seem to be the real deal, and I'd recommend them highly. James More

Honda assisted me in lowering the price of a lumbar support. I was very frustrated that the lumbar support "broke" (according to the service department) since the car is less than 4 years old. First visit, and frankly I wasn't expecting much. Was pleasantly surprised, beginning with Melissa and all the way to exiting the service bay where I had another question for the service manager. My vehicle experienced an intermittent electrical short causing it not to start at times. This problem is not only very frustrating for me but extremely difficult for the mechanic to pinpoint. My service advisor Andy Sertler was very professional and courteous. He and the mechanic both explained the problem and the cost of the repair to my understanding. The service I received at McGrath was excellent and the cost of repair was very fair. Thanks Andy, when it’s time for a new car I’ll definitely be coming to McGrath. More
Andy was friendly, thorough and accurately estimated the time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. Not 1 but 2 service technicians came to help and time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. Not 1 but 2 service technicians came to help and ultimately discovered water on the brake pads causing the problem. They were attentive not dismissive and then Andy came out to ensure everything was taken care of. Overall a very pleasant experience that made me feel valued as a customer - a rarity these days. More
