I had purchased a used Honda CRV with only one key and my salesperson had promised me a second key. I brought the car into service a week after purchase, and Brad Deibert took care of getting me a new key. H salesperson had promised me a second key. We have always had an exceptional experience at McGrath City Honda. Staff and mechanics in the service department are friendly and helpful. They have worked on our car since 2003. When we have had major work done they explained carefully what needs to be done and what it would cost. They have given reliable estimates of time involved and kept us informed. As a result we return to them for even routine work like an oil change. I have come to trust them and when it comes time to buy a new car, the experience I have had with their service department will play a role in making a new purchase decision. I hesitate in thinking about other brands because I wouldn't want to lose this service. More
Let's be honest: people who have been around hate going to car dealers. It never ceases to amaze me how ill treated one can be at these places. I have to say, however, that my first experience at McGrath will not be my last. I was treated as if they were genuinely glad to have me there and to do what they could to assist me. These are people who work extremely hard, and with exceedingly long hours, and, at least at this place, it didn't show. They fixed a problem that could have cost me three to four hundred dollars, and decided to to it for *free*! -- they seem to be the real deal, and I'd recommend them highly. James More

Honda assisted me in lowering the price of a lumbar support. I was very frustrated that the lumbar support "broke" (according to the service department) since the car is less than 4 years old.
