I went there with great excitement to buy my new car. Usually, this is a fun activity, and I believed I should enjoy it. But turn out one of the worst experiences. I never see a dealer talk to a customer Usually, this is a fun activity, and I believed I should enjoy it. But turn out one of the worst experiences. I never see a dealer talk to a customer with a fighting mode. This man doesn’t represent Honda, and he was very rude to me. If you plan to buy a Honda, never go to McGrath’s Honda dealer. I just ask them to give me two days to come back and decide he told me why not now I said I Don’t feel comfortable and I have to ask my wife to make this decision, and he starts being sexist and telling me, are you going to ask your wife to buy your car. He follows with some insults and saying I am not insulting you. More

The WORST Service Department! I made an appointment for an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. Then JEREMY SANCHEZ approaches me to tell me that they would NOT be doing the software update because I need to leave the vehicle. I said that I really need this done today and I had made an APPOINTMENT to get this done. He told me to make ANOTHER appointment and that I would need to leave the car the WHOLE day. So I went ahead and made another appointment but after leaving I went to Honda on Grand and they were able to take care of my software update and oil change - No appointment needed. Needless to say that I’m NEVER going back. Oh and my confirmation number in case they want to look it up is X01MF17VRN. More
